Pick-to-Light shelf displays for assembly and production workstations

The pick to light series « PTF-S » was specially developed for extremely compact shelving systems and is therefore ideal for small parts picking, at assembly workstations, for instance. Our PTF-S modules include the following key features (depending on the model):

Size: H 25 x W 57 mm
Compact display with Dual LED (horizontally divided oval eye-catching lamp for displaying 2×7 colours) and OK button.
The compact design is ideal for small parts picking, at assembly workstations for instance, where the number of units required always stays the same.

Display with Sensor for contact-free confirmation:
Optional also with Quick Reply Sensor (QRS) for contact-free confirmation.
The calibratable sensor replaceds the mechanical confirmation button. Confirmation is made by the grasping movement.
Two models are available: Sensor directed upwards (fig. 2: QRS-UP) or sensor directed downwards (fig. 3: QRS-DOWN).

Options The shelf display PTF-SL-3 can be supplied with the following options:
contact-free confirmation with a sensor-feature - pick-by-light QRS-UP: The sensor installed above the display recognises movement and is used for contact-free confirmation.
contact-free confirmation with a sensor-feature - pick-by-light QRS-DOWN: The sensor installed below the display recognises movement and is used for contact-free confirmation.
sound SOUND: Acoustic signal transmitter for specific procedures or as a signal to attract attention.
Icon TOF sensor module TOF: Distance sensor for automatic level detection.

Pick-by-Light module slim with quantity display
Pick to Light Display S3N-3 in a slim design with quantity display and top sensor.
Slim pick-by-light module with digital quantity display and sensor down.
